How we worked
Observe
Students explore their experiences, interests, values, strengths, and views of a fulfilling life.
Understand
In the workshops, students reflect on what they have learned about themselves and use AI to explore possible futures and ways to get there.
Change
The program supports choosing an informed first step and identifying people who can help. Its longer-term outcomes are still to be evaluated.
The intention
With my partner, I am building 2Morrow Lab, an early-stage venture supporting young people in the transition from education into adult life. We connect self-exploration with possible futures, educational pathways, and support from others.
What i designed and built
An interactive AI assistant brings conversation together with reflection on values, interests, strengths, and a fulfilling life. It generates contrasting future scenarios, day-in-the-life stories, and possible routes through study or apprenticeships. I also developed a taxonomy of 52 challenges and their subtopics, and a related visualization connecting them with education and work.
How the experience works
Students use the tools within a guided life-design program. In workshops and conversations, they reflect on their options and learn how different educational and career paths connect. We work with the program and tools together.
Where we are
We are developing and testing the program and tools. Pathway simulation is still in development. Our aim is to support agency, curiosity, and an informed first step. The venture is early-stage, and its longer-term outcomes remain to be evaluated.
