One-Day Workshop
Leadership In The Age Of AI
Work on judgment, delegation, responsibility, and learning as AI changes the work.
What This Is For.
Examine how AI changes your responsibilities as a leader. We work on technical questions alongside changes in whose judgment counts, what people feel confident doing, and what they fear losing.
Who It Is For
Founders, leaders, and people exercising leadership across functions or without formal management authority.
What We Work Toward
- Distinguish a tool or process problem from work that requires changed beliefs, habits, relationships, or priorities.
- Clarify which decisions can be delegated, what requires accountable human judgment, and where the answer is still uncertain.
- Develop ways to distribute leadership while making ownership, support, and decision authority explicit.
What You Experience.
Participants bring a current leadership dilemma, examine it from several perspectives, and practice a difficult conversation. They give one another candid feedback and plan a leadership action to try at work.
How we approach the work
Examine a live dilemma
Bring a situation and distinguish what you observed from how you interpreted it.
Find the work required
Identify technical questions alongside changes in judgment, relationships, responsibility, and what people stand to lose.
Practice and review
Prepare a conversation or leadership intervention, try it in context, and use feedback to revise your approach.
What You Take Away.
We work toward these outcomes:
- A working diagnosis of a real leadership challenge, including technical and adaptive elements.
- Draft agreements for delegation, review, escalation, and responsibility in one AI-supported workflow.
- A leadership experiment and a plan for feedback, reflection, and revision.

Before And After.
Preparation
Participants bring a current leadership case. A short intake helps establish the organizational context, AI experience, and what can be discussed safely in the group.
Continuing The Work
An optional peer session examines what happened in practice, what the first diagnosis missed, and what to try next.
The Perspective I Bring
We use Adaptive Leadership to examine the challenge and decide how to act. Integral perspectives help us consider personal experience, observable action, culture, and organizational structures.
